Next Leader

Helo My Name is Kristiawan Rusmana I was born in Bandung 24th og August 1997. I wanna be a student council in 3 Senior High School . Student council is a organization that consist of all student in 3 SHS Bandung. Like other organization, student council also have a leader. I want to promote myself to be a leader for student council. Because I think everyone can be a leader , I don't a have a special ability but I like to share my idea and my opinion
My vision is helping the school vision and repair the extracurricular system. That's not an easy vision I need many people who want to repair the system.How to create the system like that? I need person to controling and evaluating the extracurricular . And always using POACE in every programs. POACE is Planning ,Organizing,Actuating,Controling,Evaluating. every event or program that me make we must have a perfect planning and a good struture. The second mision , The students must have a good relationship with their teacher. I don't need many people . I just need several person which can work 100% and make my vision come true.
